Audiopuff is designed to transform audio recordings into enhanced, professional-grade mixes using proprietary technology. The Service allows you to upload a stereo audio file and receive a processed version for evaluation. Free samples are provided “as is” and may be subject to quality or file format limitations.

3. User Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: You must own or have the legal right to upload and process any audio file submitted.
• Prohibited Content: Do not upload audio that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Accurate Information: If you create an account, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, current information.

4. Ownership and License

• Your Content: You retain all rights to your original audio recordings.
• License Grant: By uploading audio, you grant Audiopuff a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• Processed Audio: Any enhanced or modified audio provided by the Service is delivered to you, and any rights in the processing remain with the company unless otherwise agreed.

5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary technology or processes.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

6. Payment and Service Fees

• Free and Paid Tiers: While a free sample is provided, certain advanced processing or premium features may incur charges.
• Pricing and Payment: All fees are detailed at the point of purchase, and you agree to the billing terms as indicated.

7. Termination
Audiopuff reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Limitation: In no event will Audiopuff be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or audio quality discrepancies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Audiopuff operates. Any disputes arising from the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
